Social media platforms, market trends, and customer relationships are crucial to any successful business.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain awareness of product launches and transitions to support sales engagement programs.
* Identify new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and build strong customer connections.
* Collaborate with various teams within customer organizations, including engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.
* Deliver product presentations, project updates, quality information, and technical training to customers.
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
* Support marketing efforts by monitoring market trends, regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
* Aid team members in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or related fields.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
* In-depth knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
* Motivated, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Willingsness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including weekends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Chinese language is a plus but not required.
