Vitae is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team and help deliver seamless travel solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, travel coordination, and finding the best possible solutions in a dynamic international environment. Coordinate international travel arrangements based on project needs and traveler requirements Ensure smooth service delivery and a high level of client satisfaction Work closely with internal colleagues to support project travel planning and execution Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented A strong communicator in English; additional languages are an advantage Experienced in travel consulting, corporate travel, or travel coordination The opportunity to work on international and meaningful projects The recruitment process will be ongoing until end of Summer 2026.
