Responsibilities
KPMG Fides Servizi di Amministrazione provides professional services for administrative, accounting and tax processes. As part of the Milan team, you will be involved in payroll activities, including:
monthly processing of pay slips;
regulatory compliance for companies and employees;
INPS (Italian social security institution)/INAIL (National institute for insurance against accidents at work) fulfilments;
CU forms;
770 forms;
INAIL reverse charge;
calculation of contributions;
assistance via ongoing monitoring of Italian and international regulations on contractual, contribution and tax issues for employees.
Skills
a degree in business or legal subjects;
a strong track record in payroll and contributions, preferably in professional firms;
appropriate training and constant updates with respect to all labour laws and their correct application;
excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel;
flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
excellent knowledge of English.
