Job Description
As part of the Bosch "Graduate Specialist Program - Controlling", you will complete a program that includes various specialist departments and is personally tailored to you.
Your goal after completing the program is an exciting specialist or project task in the area of Controlling. Together we will lay the foundation for your successful professional career.
You will work together with our Controlling and Finance Teams in 5 different countries (Italy, US, UK, Brazil & China) and develop strong ties with the divisional headquarter in Lohr (Germany).

Qualifications
Education: The position requires a Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent
Experience and Knowledge: Your professional competences include 1-2 years of experience in Controlling in well-structured companies. You are familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is a plus.
Personality and way of working: You have a high level of cooperation as well as communication skills in interaction with colleagues. You are highly motivated to learn and contribute to the success of the company. You have a deep understanding of Finance/Accounting, entrepreneurial thinking, goal and result orientation as well as analytical thinking and solution-oriented actions, above-average commitment and a proactive way of working.
Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English. German will be a plus.
Willingness to travel: domestic and international
