Job description:
We are loiking for an Asset Management Specialist.
As part of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance and driving operational excellence.
Responsabilities:
* Assist the Asset Management team in executing the Asset Management Plan.
* Support the Head of Business Development with market research and feasibility analyses.
* Actively participating to monthly asset management meetings with operators to evaluate and enhance performance.
* Continuously monitor competitors' operating performance using existing and custom-built tools (STR – OTA Insight).
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Implement revenue management strategies to enhance market positioning and maximize operating cash flow.
* Analyze payroll, outsourcing opportunities, productivity, fixed/variable costs, and flow-through to optimize operational efficiency.
* Develop and schedule ROI-driven initiatives to improve performance.
* Oversee the implementation of operating measures to achieve financial and strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen interest in finance
* Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Opera is a plus.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
