Position:
We are looking for a logistics office clerk responsible for:
* Weighing fruits and vegetables
* Organizing and dividing goods according to the orders of different stores
* Invoicing and dividing invoices per customer and delivering to transporters
* Data entry in AS400
* Planning daily delivery routes
* Coordinating with logistics company representatives and transport companies
* Daily safety checks (fire extinguishers, hydrants, doors) and cleanliness of the department
* Non-compliance credits to customers
* Non-compliance charges to suppliers
* Communication with agents, inspectors, and stores for various reports
Requirements:
* Good computer skills
* Organizational abilities
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
* Flexible working hours
Working hours:
Morning shift: 7:30 - 15:00 (half-hour break), 7 hours + Saturday
Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 21:30 (half-hour break), 7 hours + Sunday
Occasional night shifts may occur
Night shift: 21:30 - 06:00 (half-hour break) - weekends off
