You will create analytical tools and reports, and provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed.The work:The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization. The COE delivers services primarily through the Sales Support teams, including Sales Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics, and Sales Operations.This role is for an experienced Business Intelligence professional capable of managing and building BI, analytical, and reporting tools, and providing business analytics support as needed.You will:Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, data scientists, and other data visualization experts to gather requirements and formulate business metrics for analytics and reporting.Have a good eye for Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, and overall UI design, responsible for creating quality visual narratives that effectively communicate insights.Develop BI and analytics tools using Python.Use Python to build automations for Power BI.Here’s what you need:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent/master’s degree in Analytics/Technical field preferred.5 or more years of experience with a high level of curiosity and creativity, and the following knowledge skills:A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python working knowledge applied to BI.Quality assurance, thoroughness, and attention to detail.Experience in Machine Learning projects.Strong oral written communication skills in English.Extra credit if you have:Understanding of Accenture's sales process and systems.Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, or related fields.Understanding of UX/UI Design, Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SQL, GCP, Azure Data Studio.Project Management experience.Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.You may also need:Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.Good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working remotely, in accordance with local guidelines.
