Inside Sales Representative
Within EK Group’s internal organisation, the Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in reaching a wider audience, maintaining strong customer relationships, and accelerating sales cycles.
This position supports the Sales Team in lead generation, qualification, and deal closing, while collaborating cross-functionally with various internal departments. The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.
Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous development of existing and potential customers to achieve company’s sales growth. They take full responsibility for the customer portfolio and are responsible for all subtasks, from price quotations to the complete and satisfactory fulfilment of orders.
Areas of responsibility
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Manager to understand customer needs as best as possible and to identify the key success factors for future orders.
Identify customer specifications, product solutions and potential internal and/or external sourcing options.
Ensure close cooperation with sales, the technical department, the supply chain and purchasing to facilitate the preparation of quotations.
