Ltd. in Tokyo.Become part of our international team and work for a world-renowned brand: for the marketing team, we are looking for a full-time employee to join us at Sanrio GmbH in Milano as:Marketing CoordinatorReporting to a senior marketing manager, your accountabilities will include:MarketingSupport in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns online and offline by managing the production of marketing materials and assets, supporting with approvals, licensees support and coordination external agencies and internal resourcesSupport in coordinating events (both internal marketing events and events from licensees), including costume character booking, props lending, material developmentDraft of presentations, from pitches to licensees and prospects, to final reports and case historiesSupport Marketing Managers and manage activities with Sales and Creative, as well as external agencies and licenseesWeb and Social MediaWrite and edit content for different platforms such as social media, websites, and press releases, coordinating their usage and diffusionSupport with the ideation of social media editorial plans, and in managing ADV and media budgetSupport in managing e-commerce (website, Amazon), also handling requests from MMLM shop licenseesMonitor organic and ADV media resultsData Analysis/BudgetEvaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trendsContribute to update and track marketing spendDraft documents (service agreements, invoices, shipping documents, internal documents etc), liaising directly with management and administrationWhat you bring with youItalian, English and French proficiency (C1 or native speaker) are a must-haveCommunications or Marketing-related degree, or previous experience in Marketing and/or LicensingExcellent knowledge of MS-Office and social mediaWorking independently as well as in a teamCommunication, interpersonal and organization skillsEnjoy multitasking, applying a problem-solving mindset to different projects handled at the same timeWhat we offerWork for a fun and well-known brand!
