ADDETTI/E AL CUSTOMER SERVICE - AUTONOLEGGIO
The selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with guests and proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experiences
3. Handling back-office tasks (updating records and completing rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Handling inbound calls/emails/chat
6. Managing fleet and company cars
Requirements:
* Customer service orientation
* Sales aptitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English (level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
* Initiative, proactivity, problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in sales/promotions is desirable
* Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
* Valid B driving license

* Initial training and on-the-job support
* Contract: Fixed-term 6 months, with direct hiring
* Part-time: 30 hours/week, shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off
* Location: Venice Marco Polo Airport
