Job Requirements
At CTS NEWCO, part of Baker Hughes, we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project activities and resources.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring full contractual compliance and applying the Quality System criteria customized to the project.
* Defining the Coordination Procedure and Project Quality Plan as planned.
* Serving as the main point of contact between the Client and the Company.
* Leading the Project Team in executing activities, defining tasks, and issuing instructions to personnel.
* Directing, planning, organizing, and ensuring communication and reporting on the project.
* Monitoring and ensuring the quality of work across offices/departments, maintaining full responsibility.
* Monitoring project schedules, checking progress, and preparing reports.
* Managing project variations.
* Archiving quality record documents related to the project.
* Contributing to the professional development of the project team staff.
* Undertaking corrective actions to prevent delays, additional costs, or issues contrary to the Project Quality Plan.
* Keeping management informed of significant project developments.
* Ensuring invoicing and collections.
Work Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
* Proven experience in EPC companies in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of work processes and execution procedures of EPC projects.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written.
* The ability to be a self-starter and lead a team during offer preparation.
* The ability to perform complex tasks typical of engineering and contracting companies.
* Capability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring clarity and quality of documentation and services.
* Ability to clearly present design problems to senior reports, customers, and suppliers.
* Ability to make independent decisions.
