Job Description Project Planner 26/03/2026
We’re currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.
Your role will encompass
Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directed by Project Manager and Director
Creating a risk management plan
Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
Producing tender plans to support bids
Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline
What you bring to the role
2+ previous working experience as planner within the construction industry
Strong communication skills
High attention to details
Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project
knowledge of Primavera P6 would be a plus
Methodological approach
Italian and English knowledge
