Overall Purpose of the Job / Responsibilities Develop close and confident relationships with Customers to satisfy their needs. Manage communication and relations with the Customer. Take total ownership of Customers’ Purchase Orders (PO) from receipt to delivery and invoicing. Coordinate order treatment with Account Managers, Technical Consultants, Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics. Ensure Customer satisfaction and Service Excellence in order treatment & follow-up from the Customer's perspective. Main Activities / Tasks Act as the main interface with Customers, Account Managers, and Technical Consultants during purchase order treatment. Be fully responsible for order management once PO is received. Validate customers’ Purchase Orders according to the “Thales Customer’s Purchase Order Review” process ref. WGSCH30005. Translate customers’ Purchase Orders into Thales order entry systems for treatment by Planning. Plan shipment dates with Manufacturing as per Customer’s requested delivery date. Acknowledge Customer’s Purchase Order within 48 hours of receipt. Coordinate executable steps for Sales Order production (artwork validation, payment conditions, input files, etc.). Relay information between Customers and Planning. Follow up on Sales Orders until shipment and invoicing. Manage Customer complaints registration and follow-up. Contribute to short-term billing forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely entry of Purchase Orders into backlog. Update ERP order entries with changes to ensure backlog report accuracy. Send reports to Customers as agreed. Attend Customer meetings and assist during facility visits. Manage Return of Material as per the complaint process ref. WG.QUA.3.0006. Follow Risk Order procedures ref WGSCH30003 when necessary. Inform Sales Operations of non-forecasted POs. Record Customer files according to internal checklists ref.WGSCH30004. Requirements Knowledge International sales administration and logistics (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs Rules). System tools: IT Literate (Microsoft Office, etc.). ERP knowledge is a plus. Skills Customer-oriented and available. Good organization skills. Self-initiative. Stress resistant. Team player. Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. English (oral and written) and another language depending on the area. Internal/External Interface Planning dept., Studio, Sales Operations, Account Managers, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Management, Finance, Technical Consultants, Customers, external control companies, Chamber of Commerce, etc. Education and Qualifications College education or above. Other Job Features Travel may be required for customer visits or training. Miscellaneous Follow procedures aligned with ISO certifications to maintain and improve quality.
