In our Tech Transfer Digital & IT unit, you will work on exciting future‐oriented topics related to digital sovereignty and have the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility. In this newly created project role, established as part of our Digital Sovereignty Roadmap, you will actively contribute to building a sovereign and secure Open‐Source infrastructure and support the replacement of existing proprietary systems. This is a full‐time, three‐year fixed‐term position (1+2).We entrust this to you:
Contributing to the setup and further development of a sovereign IT infrastructure ("Private Cloud") based on Linux, Kubernetes, and security and encryption technologiesSupporting the step‐by‐step migration from MS 365 / Dynamics to sovereign solutions such as Odoo, Nextcloud and additional Open‐Source componentsCollaborating with external IT partners: you will accompany sprints, review results and ensuring high‐quality, sustainable implementationsTranslating the requirements of our internal units into digital processes, workflows and system architectures and supporting their introduction
You:
have completed a degree in an IT‐related field, possess an equivalent technical education or bring solid professional experiencehave experience in Linux system administration, DevOps environments or technical project management, ideally in ERP or cloud system implementationsare familiar with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), network and security architectures (VPNs, firewalls, encryption) as well as GDPR and IT security topicsbring strong teamwork and communication skills, are able to give constructive feedback, integrate different perspectiveswork independently and in a structured manner, think analytically and strategically, and enjoy exploring new technologies while keeping long‐term objectives in mindave an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of German and Italian
