What you'll do
Command Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) operations with a strong safety-first mindset.Lead a multi-crew cockpit, driving excellent CRM and adherence to SOPs.Own the full flight profile: planning, performance, fuel, weather, and alternates.Ensure regulatory compliance and meticulous documentation throughout each mission.Deliver a professional, discreet service to passengers and stakeholders.Mentor and collaborate with crew to maintain a high-performance culture.
Minimum requirements
Total time: 3,000 hours totalCommand time: At least 1,000 hours PIC in a multi-crew, multi-engine jetType rating: Not required — CL-30 training providedLicence: Valid ATPL from EASA or UK CAAMedical: Current Class 1English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Preferred
Current Challenger 350/3500 type ratingRecent experience on the Challenger 300/350 seriesStrong mentoring, training, or checking aptitude
Candidates who hold a valid Challenger 350/3500 rating will be given preference.What you'll gain
