Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
* Language skills: Italian (C1/C2) & English (C1).
* Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
* Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
* Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
