The candidate will work within the Quality Operations department, focusing on reviewing and approving documentation related to batch releases, deviations, and non-conformities, along with implementing corrective actions. This role ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable national and international regulations, as well as customer expectations. Responsibilities: Review Batch Manufacturing Records Review raw data and Work Sheets generated by the Quality Control Department Participate in the review of production and quality control validation protocols Support management of CAPA, Deviations, and Non-Conformities Review and approve quality events, ensuring proper investigation and timely corrective actions Assist daily operational activities to ensure regulatory compliance Participate in internal audits and self-inspections Support AIFA inspections and respond to auditor requests with documentation and discussions Evaluate audit observations and implement corrective actions, verifying their effectiveness Ensure compliance with internal specifications and ISO/GMP standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a pharmaceutical company Fluent English with good verbal and written communication skills Decision-making autonomy Teamwork skills and client interaction orientation Strong problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and critical thinking Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Ability to organize tasks independently and prioritize effectively, even under pressure Ability to identify potential QA process issues and suggest or implement solutions High motivation and professional ethics We offer a permanent contract (Staff Leasing) under the Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL at Level D2.
