The Role
As a Bid Executive, you will join our international sales team and act as the key interface between our global customers and OCEM’s internal departments. You will collaborate closely with Area Managers, technical teams, and operations to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with international customers via email, phone, and video meetings Prepare quotations and commercial offers for products, spare parts, and projects Support Area Managers in generating new business opportunities Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, technical, logistics, administration) to ensure proper order execution Monitor offer and order progress and maintain accurate CRM records Participate in international trade fairs, meetings, and customer vision
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field Excellent command of English ; knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong plus Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools Team-oriented mindset and ability to work across multiple departments Willingness to travel internationally for fairs, trainings, and customer visits Previous experience in a commercial or customer support role within an international environment will be considered a plus
