Responsibilities
* Delivery of HR Operational services: Ensure positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence for the different Italian plants.
* First Point of Contact: Enhance the use of employee HR tools and platforms, grant successful onboarding experience, and be the first point of contact for internal customers.
* Personnel Administration: Supervise all aspects of Personnel administration in coordination with external labor consultants.
* Employment Contracts and Compliance: Ensure employment contracts and employee life cycle documentation compliance.
* Payroll and T&A Cycles: Lead monthly payroll/T&A cycles for all legal entities, supervising and guiding the local HR team members.
* Mergers & Acquisitions: On occasion, lead the migration to current company providers for payroll and Time & Attendance, guiding harmonization of processes and policies as required.
* Confidentiality and Accuracy: Assure the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of personnel files.
* Data Maintenance: Ensure Personnel data maintenance in Success Factors.
* Supplier Management: Manage HR Operations suppliers.
* Local Policies and Regulations: Develop and maintain local HR policies and local company rules, ensuring that HR practices and policies comply with statutory/government regulations.
* Compensation Review: Support annual compensation review cycles.
