Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the leadership and management of the store.
* Ensures the achievement of commercial objectives and the constant growth of KPIs;
* Manages costs and optimises store profitability through sales strategy.
Gestione del personale:
* Assists the Store Manager in optimal personnel organization within the store;
* Conducts staff recruitment in collaboration with the Store Manager;
* Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group;
* Ensures quality customer service in compliance with procedures;
* Handles complaints effectively and professionally;
* Ensures the overall presentation of the store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team to improve profitability;
* Verifies that the guidelines for product launch are correctly executed.
Logistica / Prevenzione delle perdite:
* Manages goods entry and exit;
* Participates actively in loss prevention and control for the store under the Store Manager's direction;
* Ensures daily cash register operations;
* Previous experience managing structured retail points, preferably in dynamic multinational contexts;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Leadership and strong relational and communication skills;
* Knowledge of Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – RISTORAZIONE COMMERCIALE (RA)
Duties:
* Manage client relationships according to company standards;
* Promote and develop cross‑selling and assisted sales activities;
* Promote initiatives for improving the venue's performance;
* Monitor and continually control venue productivity indicators (sales, cost of goods, personnel costs);
* Manage work shifts, training, and supervision of the team;
* Provide consistent and timely feedback to staff.
Requirements and Characteristics:
* Experience in the role of Assistant Store/Restaurant Manager within structured businesses in the commercial catering sector;
* High leadership and communication skills;
* Strong problem‑solving ability.
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly with 8‑hour shifts, 5 days per week.
Contract offer:
* Direct fixed‑term or permanent contract;
* Applicable CCNL: Tourism Public Services;
