Ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are currently seeking a bBIM Coordinator /b to join our team in our Rome office. The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and management of BIM processes across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, standards, and deadlines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. /li liDevelop and manage project-specific BIM execution plans. /li liEnsure compliance with BIM standards and company procedures. /li liDevelop three‑dimensional models, perform clash detection and verify geometrical and data consistency. /li liManage data from multiple sources to enrich models and generate visualizations. /li liProvide support and mentoring to team members on BIM tools and new technologies. /li liCollaborate with the Project Manager to monitor time and cost aspects related to BIM processes and prepare BIM‑specific progress reports. /li liDefine, integrate, update, and apply corporate standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and enhance project efficiency and quality. /li liCoordinate with external consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding BIM deliverables and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture, Engineering or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination on civil building projects. /li liProficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and other relevant BIM tools. /li liSolid understanding of multidisciplinary project workflows. /li liFamiliarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. /li liKnowledge of Italian and international BIM standards. /li liStrong communication and problem‑solving skills. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3About RIMOND /h3 pAt RIMOND, we are an international and culturally diverse team of experts driven by innovation and united by a shared vision: creating landmark projects that positively impact communities and our planet.
