Your future role

- Carry out research and development projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
\n
- Lead the design of complex mechanical systems and equipment, from concept to production
\n
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions
\n
- Coordinate and supervise technical tasks during the design and development phase
\n
- Make calculations and define the parameters needed for the design
\n
- Act as the main technical reference between the engineering team, production and other departments
\n
- Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers within the team
\n
\nOur perfect candidate would have…\n
\n
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or in any other relevant field
\n
- Senior Mechanical Engineering experience (5+ years) in machine design, preferably in the industrial automation or packaging sector
\n
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
\n
- Strong knowledge of machine development and construction
\n
- Knowledge of CAD systems — preferably Solid Edge
\n
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a results-oriented mindset
\n
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
\n
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
\n
- Preferably based in the surroundings of Parma, Italy
\n
