We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern ready to embark on a meaningful and inspiring experience at our Milan Headquarters – Gae Aulenti Towers.
During your internship, you’ll collaborate with different teams and gain exposure to a wide range of activities that support and enhance the Employee Life Cycle. It will be a journey of growth, discovery, and connection.
What you'll be doing
- Get hands-on experience in key areas such as Reward & Benefits, Group Organization, People Analytics, Attraction, Learning & Development, and Group Culture.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports, contributing with both qualitative and quantitative analysis on workforce and organizational dynamics.
- Take part in the design and development of strategic HR initiatives.
- Contribute to ad-hoc activities aligned with our strategic priorities
