Located in the heart of Europe’s automotive hub, our team brings together international talent to define the next generation of CHANGAN vehicles; combining emotional design, human-centered thinking, and cutting-edge execution.\n\n✨\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a\n\nSenior Exterior/Interior Designer\n\nto join our Design teams.\nThe ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced, and highly creative automotive designer, capable of delivering innovative design proposals and leading projects with autonomy and precision.\n\n✨\n\nKey Responsibilities\n✔️\n\nDeliver high-quality design proposals within project deadlines.\n✔️\n\nDeeply understand and embody CHANGAN’s Brand & Design Philosophy and its values.\n✔️\n\nWork independently to produce consistent, high-quality design outcomes.\n✔️\n\nSupport Project Leaders/Managers in cross-department communication (CMF, Digital, Physical Modeling, Exterior, Interior, Engineering, etc.).\n✔️\n\nUnderstand packaging constraints and engineering requirements.\n✔️\n\nProvide precise design inputs for digital and physical modelers.\n✔️\n\nPrepare and participate autonomously in presentations and weekly management reviews.\n✔️\n\nPresent design proposals to management, including Directors and General Management.\n\n✨\n\nQualifications\n✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation Design, Automotive Design, or Industrial Design.\n✔️ Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry\n\n✨\n\nTechnical Skills:\n✔️ Strong hand and digital sketching abilities.\n✔️ Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, Blender, VRED, or similar.\n\n✨\n\nSoft Skills:\n✔️ Passion for innovation and precision in design.\n✔️ Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.\n✔️ Excellent time management and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.\n\n✨\n\nLanguage Requirements\n✔️ Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.\n✔️ Knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.\n\n✨What We Offer\n✔️A dynamic, multicultural, and creative working environment.\n✔️Opportunities to grow within an international automotive design organization.\n✔️\n\nThe chance to contribute directly to the design of future CHANGAN vehicles for global markets.\n✔️\n\nAn inspiring workplace located in Turin; the heart of European automotive design.\n\n✨\n\nInterested?\nSubmit your application, including a portfolio (maximum 10 MB) to
