As PR Specialist Editorial & Products, you will be directly involved in managing the broadcast image of products, starting with defining an editorial strategy that promotes launched products, through daily contact with editors and fashion stylists.
Your aesthetic sense and knowledge of the Italian publishing landscape will be essential to ensure the brand's iconicity and historicity, guaranteeing the exclusiveness and quality of all our products.
PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE
Missions Description:
You will implement strategies across the following responsibilities:
* PRODUCT: Management of shopping requests across all categories; defining strategic editorial plans for product launches aligned with global strategy; supporting sample orders per collection.
* SHOWROOM SUPERVISION: Managing the showroom and supervising national and international shipments; overseeing the flow of samples from our local showroom.
* PRESS MATERIALS DELIVERY AND EDITORIAL COORDINATION: Daily contact with fashion stylists and providing press materials to editors; coordinating between HQ and Italian magazines to support shootings.
* INVENTORY ADMINISTRATION: Daily registration of samples via Fashion GPS; monitoring collection sample flow.
Profile Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role, or at least 5 years in fashion and luxury environments.
* English as the primary business language; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
* Availability for business travel.

* Strong ambition to uphold the integrity and quality of the brand image.
* Good aesthetic sense and creativity, with a keen interest in fashion.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian publishing landscape.
