Ph3About the role /h3pWe’re looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to deliver high‑quality remodel projects across our estate. This is a new role within the team, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we deliver remodels going forward. You’ll work with a high level of autonomy, leading complex projects across Express, Superstore and Extra formats, including capital replacement of refrigeration and wider maintenance works. /ppbYou will be responsible for /b /pulliLeading your projects through the full Tesco governance process, ensuring all approvals, plans and documentation are in place. /liliDelivering Remodel Projects across multiple store formats, including capital replacement of fridges and wider maintenance and property improvement works. /liliMinimising disruption in live retail environments, ensuring the safest and most efficient phasing of works. /liliOwning relationships with internal teams and external partners: developers, local authorities, consultants, service providers and landlords. /liliManaging risk effectively and identifying opportunities to improve delivery, cost efficiency and customer experience. /liliLeading the health safety culture across your projects. /liliManaging performance of suppliers, consultants and external project managers. /liliEnsuring projects are fully closed out with all snagging managed and documented. /li /ulpbYou will need /b /pulliStrong project management experience in live trading retail environments, with a clear understanding of how to minimise operational disruption. /liliConstruction project management experience, ideally within supermarkets, convenience or other complex retail settings. /liliProven retail management background is highly desirable – understanding store operations is key. /liliStrong stakeholder management across multiple internal and external teams. /liliAwareness of the latest Building Safety Act requirements and responsibilities of a Project Manager. /liliExperience in design, planning, cost control and health safety compliance. /li /ulpbWhat’s in it for you /b /ppWe’re all about the little helps.
