We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to strengthen our Finance function on a temporary basis during a phase of growth and integration. The role will report directly to the CFO and will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting at both local and Group level.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting.
* Manage and review local financial statements, ensuring alignment with Group reporting requirements.
* Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
* Support the preparation of monthly budgets and forecasts.
* Prepare and review consolidation entries (e.g., eliminations, intercompany transactions, adjustments).
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
* Coordinate with Finance Managers across Group subsidiaries.
* Act as the main point of contact for US headquarters finance teams.
* Contribute to the improvement and harmonization of financial processes and controls.
* Support the CFO with ad hoc analyses and strategic finance projects.
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Significant experience in similar roles (Senior Controller, Group Reporting, Consolidation).
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
* Proven experience in financial consolidation processes and related journal entries.
* Good understanding of key financial drivers in manufacturing environments.
* Experience in international and matrix organizations.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of consolidation tools is a plus).
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
