Data Scientist / AI Specialist
with strong expertise in
Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP
to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Palantir Foundry & AIP Enablement
Use
Palantir Foundry
to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data
Operationalize
data science and machine learning solutions
using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications
Leverage
Palantir AIP
to support AI-enabled use cases such as
decision support tools, copilots, and LLM-assisted workflows
Implement
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise data
Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate
governance, security, and compliance controls
Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem
Support customer adoption by clearly explaining
analytical logic, assumptions, and model limitations
in business terms
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in
Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning
Strong hands-on experience with
exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis
Proficiency in
Python and SQL
Experience with machine learning libraries such as
Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Solid xrdztoy understanding of
statistics, probability, and experimental design
Experience working with
large-scale enterprise datasets
Hands-on experience with
Palantir Foundry ; exposure to
Palantir AIP
is strongly preferred
Experience in
customer-facing or consulting environments
with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain
complex analytical concepts clearly to business users
