We serve all the world's major automotive manufacturers as a system supplier and development partner. /ppAdler Pelzer Group, for the Desio Plant, located in Desio (MB), is looking for a: /ppbProduction Manager /b /ppPosition Objectives: /ppThe Production Manager will oversee all manufacturing operations on site, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while fostering the professional growth of Shift and Team Leaders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOperations Management: Organize and manage plant production, providing leadership, coordination, and mentoring to Shift Leaders and Team Leaders. /liliProduction Oversight: Monitor the execution of production schedules, implement corrective actions, and provide regular updates to the Plant Manager. /liliBudget Efficiency Control: Ensure production activities align with budget targets, focusing on cycle time optimization, scrap reduction, and waste elimination. /liliResource Planning: Support the Production Planner in optimizing resources, including manpower and equipment. /liliMaintenance Synergy: Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to integrate preventive maintenance activities, enhancing department capacity and performance. /liliCross-functional Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical Services. /liliTeam Development: Drive team performance and skill sets through proactive training and motivation. /liliQuality Standards: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with APG global policies and local regulations. /liliHSE Compliance: Guarantee that production activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
