Job Opportunity: Head of SalesTaylor Hopkinson is seeking a Head of Sales for one of the leading suppliers of components for BESS.Responsibilities:Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligned with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors.Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.Continuously monitor the market, competition, and industry trends, providing analysis and reports to management.Qualifications:Degree in technical, economic disciplines or equivalent; an engineering background is a plus.At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably focused on modules.Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and its supply chain (EPC, developers, installers, distributors).Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
