PJOB DESCRIPTION /ppbLocation: Northern Italy (home-based with frequent travel) /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Territory Manager (TM) to drive sales growth of our endoscope reprocessing machines and related solutions across Northern Italy. The successful candidate will manage a direct customer portfolio and coordinate a team of local sales agents to ensure regional sales targets and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppbSales Business Development /b /pulliPromote and sell the company’s full portfolio of endoscope reprocessing equipment, consumables, and service solutions. /liliManage and expand direct accounts in the assigned territory (hospitals, clinics, private healthcare). /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders (CSSD managers, biomedical engineers, procurement). /liliEnsure proper coverage of the territory, combining direct presence and coordination of external agents. /li /ulpbAgent Management Team Leadership /b /pulliCoordinate and support a network of sales agents operating in specific provinces/regions. /liliProvide training, commercial guidance, and field support to agents to maximize effectiveness. /li /ulpbCustomer Support Technical Liaison /b /pulliCollaborate with internal teams (marketing and service) to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. /liliEnsure customer satisfaction and follow-up on post-sale processes (installation, service, training). /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven experience (3+ years) in medical device sales, preferably in the hospital or sterile reprocessing field. /liliKnowledge of endoscopy workflows and infection prevention practices is a plus. /liliStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex hospital accounts. /liliExperience in coordinating external sales partners or agents is preferred. /liliSelf-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. /liliFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). /liliWillingness to travel within Northern Italy. /li /ulpbOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion Belonging /b /ppEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of all associates and applicants, promoting principles of Equal Opportunity Employment.
