Ideal Candidate Profile
* Degree in Technical or Scientific disciplines;
* Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (preferably Salesforce) and Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
* Ability to analyze data and produce effective summaries for management;
* Proficiency in English;
* Previous experience in similar roles within call centers;
* Teamwork skills, proactive attitude, dynamism, and problem-solving capabilities;
* Willingness to travel within Italy to oversee suppliers.

* Gross annual salary up to €40,000 (based on skills and experience);
