1. For our Milan headquarters, we are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager who will report to the Product Support Manager.
2. The Customer Support Manager (CSM) will support the pre- and post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on customer adoption, ongoing support, programme optimization, and expansion. CSM is the main interface for all programme-related inquiries and will build relationships with relevant stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
SOME OF YOUR ACTIVITIES
* Serve as the primary point of contact, working with the Client team and Sales Teams to facilitate a seamless customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’ and introduction for the customer from the outset.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to gather customer testimonials and referrals.
* Anticipate customer requirements and challenges to ensure their success. Promote the company’s services (enhancements, updates, new initiatives, maintenance) through relationships nurtured within the accounts.
* Identify potential issues within accounts and work with the wider business to resolve them promptly and effectively.
* Contribute to the development of company goals, growth, and profitability targets by actively participating in the digital team and culture.
* Track and close help desk requests within the SLA segment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o Entry-level position
o At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Marketing roles
o A passion for digital marketing, technology, advertising, and communications
o Background in quality assurance and strong communication skills
o Familiarity with web technologies and basic technical competencies
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
o Creative problem solver with quick troubleshooting skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in Italian and English
o Strong team player and proactive individual contributor
o Knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus
