Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Division Manager and supports daily administrative management, including travel, equipment, office operations, and event organization.
Responsibilities
* Providing secretarial support and managing daily administrative tasks
* Supporting financial and procurement procedures
* Managing equipment and inventories
* Supporting personnel and staff administration
* Coordinating travel management and arrangements
* Assisting staff with immigration procedures
* Supporting internal and external communications
Requirements
* Degree in administration, management or equivalent field
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with online collaboration tools
* Basic knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and procurement procedures
* Organizational and communication skills
Duration, Compensation & Benefits
* Position based at the CMCC office in Viterbo
* Initial appointment for a period of 6 months, starting July 2026, with a gross annual salary between EUR 22,000–24,000, renewable subject to performance and funding availability
* Welfare package provided for contracts of at least 12 months
* Flexible working hours available in accordance with internal policies
