We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team in Italy and support the execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives.
The role supports the Marketing & Communication Manager in both strategic and operational activities, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, external communication, and engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support Marketing team coordinating external and internal engagement events in line with the annual marketing plan (BTL materials, presentations, operational management of suppliers, logistics, registration and hospitality activities, production, follow-up)
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media communications
Manage Salesforce.com leads, ensuring proper tracking and handover to Business Development
Monitor and optimize contacts and pipeline activities to support performance targets
Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and communication materials (presentations, videos, etc.)
Support branding activities across offices and logistics sites
Ensure full compliance with DHL brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
Manage relationships with the DHL Sponsorship Team and coordinate customer participation in sponsored events
Coordinate external suppliers
Handle budget tracking and purchase orders
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
1–2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication
Fluent English
Strong knowledge of: Digital marketing tools and channels, MS Office and presentation tools, Content creation platforms (e.g., Canva)
Excellent communication and strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
