Ph3About the Role: /h3 pWe are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for Management Control activities, with a strong focus on industrial and commercial performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. /p pThe Controller will act as a business partner for Sales, Operations and Management, supporting decision-making through accurate financial analysis, while also ensuring alignment with Group reporting standards and governance requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze industrial costs (direct, indirect, standard costs) and production variances (price, quantity, efficiency, mix, scrap). /li liMonitor production orders variances and support corrective actions. /li liSupport the preparation of industrial budgets and periodic forecasts. /li liAnalyze BOMs and production cycles, comparing actual vs. standard costs. /li liPrepare industrial reporting on KPIs, production costs and industrial margins. /li liAnalyze product, customer and business line profitability, both ongoing and at actuals level. /li liMonitor volumes, revenues and margins by area, customer and product family. /li liSupport the definition and monitoring of commercial KPIs (contribution margin, order/customer profitability). /li liSupport commercial forecasting and margin updates. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations on costs, prices and performance variances. /li /ul h3Reporting Group Systems /h3 ul liLoad Budget, Forecast and Actuals into the Group reporting system. /li liEnsure data accuracy, completeness and consistency, in line with HQ Finance requirements. /li liMeet Group deadlines and reporting standards. /li liValidate data and support monthly closing and consolidation processes. /li /ul h3Accounting Governance (Supporting Scope) /h3 ul liSupervise core accounting activities and coordinate AR/AP processes. /li liSupport cash flow monitoring and planning. /li liContribute to statutory financial statements preparation. /li liEnsure compliance with Group policies and internal controls. /li liSupport audits and fiscal topics in coordination with external advisors /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering. /li li4–7 years of experience in Management Control, preferably in industrial or structured environments. /li liPrevious experience in a Big Four audit firm (3–4 years). /li liStrong analytical mindset and business orientation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SAP CO-FI. /li /ul pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
