Within the Group General Legal Affairs area we are looking for a Group General Legal Affairs-Temporary Contract (1 year). The job holder will report to the Group Head Office Legal Affairs in charge of ensuring the management of the Group Head Office legal activities, including litigations, legal assistance in relation to intellectual property, labour law, re-insurance and antitrust matters, as well as the management of the Policy Information Center. Key responsibility of the role will include collaboration with any of the team members on the following topics: - Competition/Antitrust matters - Intellectual property matters - Labor, civil and criminal matters - Legal opinions - Drafting of legal documents (any kind of agreements, NDA, disclaimers, power of attorneys etc.) Must have: - Degree in Law - Knowledge of Competition law and Italian civil law - Familiarity with IT resources for legal searches Soft skills: - Accuracy in performing the assigned tasks - Positive attitude to work under pressure and to work in team - Flexibility Nice to have: - Having passed the bar exam
