POn behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for an bAccountant Controller /bwho can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere. /ppbr/ppThe position will be based in our Milan office. /ppbr/ppbRESPONSIBILITIES: /b /ppAs part of the company's growth and further professionalization, we are now looking for an experienced, proactive and team-oriented Accountant Controller to support the Finance Director Italy and our developing team. /ppThe successful candidate must demonstrate great flexibility in dealing with a wide range of activities and be able to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. /ppbr/ppMain responsibilities include: /pulliSupport of the Finance Director Italy /liliGeneral ledger accounting in SAP /liliTakeover of accounts payable (including invoice processing in Coupa) /liliCommercial control of (travel) expense reports in Concur /liliManagement of accounts receivable (due date monitoring, dunning letters) /liliRelease and monitoring of customer orders /liliVAT fulfillments /liliSupport with annual planning and forecasts /liliPreparation of analyses and reports /liliMonthly and annual financial statements support /liliCommunication with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers /liliSupport in procurement activities, including vendor management /liliGenerating, monitoring, revising of purchase orders and exception forms /liliAssistance with budget tracking /liliClose collaboration with the external accounting company and joint solution of invoicing problems, including direct contact to the suppliers. /liliSpecial project support /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS: /b /pulliAccounting degree or business degree /liliExperience in financial accounting in a medium-sized company (ideally in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry) /liliFirst experience in controlling (financial planning, ad hoc analyses and reports) /liliEfficient and effective verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English /liliAdvanced experience with MS Excel and first experience with SAP (FI).
