WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Department on a full-time basis at our Avezzano (L'Aquila, Italy) office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Entering and updating accounting data within company systems
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
Managing and organizing administrative documentation
Supporting accounting controls and reconciliation activities
Ensuring accuracy of accounting records and compliance with administrative deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (preferred)
Familiarity with accounting software, preferably TeamSystem
Excellent Italian language skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum B2 level
SKILLS
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Excellent organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage priorities and meet xpavfwm deadlines
