Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with the technical team to implement traditional machine learning and generative AI systems under senior guidance.
* Support the entire AI development process, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring for predictive and generative applications.
* Build and refine prompt templates for various LLM use cases and implement retrieval-augmented generation systems.
* Contribute to solution development using established frameworks and model architectures, focusing on feature engineering and context engineering.
* Conduct comparative evaluations between traditional machine learning and generative AI approaches to identify optimal solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, methodologies, and experimental results.
* Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, staying current with AI / GenAI trends.
* Implement AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance productivity and quality, collaborating across teams for integration.
Mandatory Requirements :
* 2+ years of experience in AI / GenAI / ML development roles, with demonstrated experience in generative AI.
* Experience implementing AI / GenAI features throughout different phases of software development.
* Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI fundamentals.
* Proficiency in Python, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and LangChain.
* Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for LLMs and other generative models.
* Understanding of relational and vector databases for AI / GenAI applications.
Preferred Skills :
* Basic knowledge of Java, C#, Go, or Node.js for AI / GenAI integration.
* Experience with version control systems and collaborative workflows.
* Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
* Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings.
* Understanding of ML / GenAI deployment and monitoring processes.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI / GenAI technologies.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
