As a Senior Business and Functional Analyst in Globant, you will shape digital banking initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements for Internet and Mobile Banking. You will work with cross‑functional teams to align user experience, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations. You’ll guide workshops, document functional specs, and ensure traceability from business goals to tests. This role fuels banking channel evolution at scale, within a diverse, innovation‑driven culture.

* Gather and formalize functional and non‑functional requirements for Internet and Mobile Banking evolutions
* Produce BRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, and functional wireframes per client standards
* Lead requirements workshops and refinements with Business and IT stakeholders
* Collaborate with UX designers and solution architects to ensure consistency between requirements, UX, and technical constraints
* Manage requirements traceability and mapping to test cases
* Support UAT and functional validation as the reference for requirements interpretation
* Analyze impact of PSD2/PSD3, DORA, WCAG on digital channels and translate to implementation requirements
* Contribute to the functional roadmap for digital channels with the Product Owner
* Manage functional communication with third‑party vendors in the channel ecosystem
Responsabilità
* 5‑8 years as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
* At least 3 years on direct digital channel projects (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Banking Apps)
* Analytical autonomy to lead the full functional analysis cycle
* Deep knowledge of banking processes on digital channels (transfers, payments, onboarding, SCA, etc.)
* Ability to produce structured analysis documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories with acceptance criteria, diagrams)
* Strong stakeholder interaction skills across Business, IT, UX, and vendors
* Excellent written and spoken Italian; good English
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA, TFS)
* Preferred: CBAP/CCBA or equivalent; prototyping tools (Figma, Axure)
