Facilitate, execute and / or participate in Talent Reviews / Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit / function as required; /liliTranslate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term HR initiatives in support; /liliSupport the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company; /liliDefine recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy; /liliMonitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas); /liliLead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department; /liliSupervise the respect of the existing policies and coordinate with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required; /liliSupport the implementation of business unit specific development strategies.
