Be innovative, bring unexpected ideas, push the boundaries and contribute to solving complex challenges! Responsibilities: 1. E-PR Strategy: - Develop and implement a comprehensive E-PR strategy to enhance the brand's online reputation and visibility. - Monitor and manage online mentions, reviews, and comments to maintain a positive digital presence. 2. Media Relations: - Cultivate relationships with online media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships. - Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote brand initiatives. 3. Crisis Management: - Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address and manage online issues promptly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and effective response to online challenges. 4. Community Building: - Foster a sense of community around the brand by creating and managing online forums, social media groups, and other interactive platforms. - Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions that strengthen the brand-consumer relationship. - Develop and maintain relationship with micro and nano influencers. 5. Content Development: - Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that resonate with the online community. - Social media management: brief and manage the agency to answer on post and contents on social media 6. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of E-PR and community management initiatives. - Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (3/4 years) in online public relations and community management. - Strong understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and online community dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Crisis management experience and ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically. - Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. - Please visit "Your Application Space" to see the jobs you have already applied to. :
