We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People & Organization team.How you make the differenceThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton's end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.How your agenda looks like:Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O; teams;Partner closely with P&O; Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.Your team:You'll directly report to our P&O; Director International & Global Functions.The role doesn't include direct reports.What makes you a great fit:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;Work Experience: 5 years' experience in the role within an international context;Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.What's in for you:Contract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableCurious About Us?
