Managing Director – Cutting Machine Products
As the Managing Director, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
* Drive Strategic Initiatives: Define and execute innovative positioning and commercial strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Oversee Operational Excellence: Monitor daily operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality in service delivery.
* Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and sustain robust relationships with key clients while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
* Conduct Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uphold and enhance market leadership.
* Inspire and Lead Your Team: Foster a positive, motivating work environment that drives team success and achievement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record in leadership roles within the cutting machine products sector or a closely related field.
* Strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with a hands‑on approach to implementing effective solutions that deliver measurable results.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, facilitating effective interactions at all organizational levels.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage. Experience in a multinational setting is highly desirable.
