Sitting at the heart of the commercial and supply chain interface, you’ll work closely with major customers and internal teams to align forecasts, improve availability, and deliver outstanding service. You’ll be a key connector—bringing together insight, collaboration, and execution to support excellent on-shelf availability and a seamless end-to-end customer experience. This role offers real visibility, strong stakeholder exposure, and the chance to make a tangible impact across a diverse portfolio of accounts. /p pbMain Responsibilities: /b /p ul liBuild strong, collaborative relationships with customer supply chain teams and internal sales colleagues, working to continuously improve service levels and forecast accuracy. /li liDrive forecasting excellence by aligning demand and supply plans with customer needs across short-, mid- and long-term horizons, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. /li liWhere appropriate, spend time in customer head offices to strengthen alignment, partnership, and joint ways of working. /li liLead customer service improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and delivering projects that enhance performance and customer satisfaction. /li liAct as a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders, championing long-term relationships built on trust, clear communication, and shared objectives, ensuring customer service excellence remains central to all activities. /li /ul pbAbout You: /b /p ul liWe are looking for a confident relationship builder with strong influencing skills and the ability to operate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. /li liYou will bring at least 18 months’ experience within an FMCG Customer Supply Chain environment, managing large accounts and delivering measurable improvements, alongside a solid understanding of supply chain operations, forecasting, sales processes, and category management. /li liYou will be highly analytical and data-driven, with advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and a continuous improvement mindset. /li liSAP experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. /li liDue to the territory-based nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence is required, or the ability to travel independently between locations. /li /ul pbOur Benefits Perks: /b /p pCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here. /p h3About Ferrero /h3 pFerrero began its journey in the small town of bAlba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946 /b.
