We offer a permanent contract, even if you are a junior sales or a fresh graduated.
Your job: Business Analyst
Play a key role in bridging the gap between client needs and smart software solutions!
Responsabilities:
* Implementation of Odoo: analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimize business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve the efficiency of client firms.
* Partner Network Management: support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of the Italian firms.
* Training & Support: share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.
* Product Improvement & Development: collaborate with our Product Owners by sharing valuable feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst: from 1 to 3 years of experience
* Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
* Analytical Thinking: identifies patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
* Project Management: manages timelines, priorities, and deliverables>
* Technical Affinity: familiar with data analysis tools, Excel, or business intelligence platforms
Nice to have:
* Previous experience in implementing ERP or management software
* Passion for IT

(3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)
