Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and on-site assistance to our hospital customers, with occasional weekend and overnight visits.
* Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to greater levels of technical support.
* Respond promptly to customer support calls within assigned territories.
Requirements:
* A degree in engineering or biotech technical/electronic secondary school diploma is preferred.
* Be open to traveling in Emilia Romagna and hold a valid driving license.
* Develop good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian.
* Work autonomously while being a team player.
