Belka is a knowledge firm dedicated to helping Software as a Service (SaaS) companies grow. We craft product interfaces that deliver results and enhance product development. We are a curious team building and studying mobile and desktop applications, websites, and design systems, sharing our insights along the way.
Currently, we are a team of 15 people, mostly designers and engineers, working from Belka’s offices in Trento and Torino, with remote options.

About You:
You are a professional in creating strategies to generate leads, aiming to attract qualified contacts who could become clients.
Your responsibilities include:
* Designing and executing marketing plans.
* Generating inbound leads (MQL).
* Expanding online presence.
* Managing contact data in CRM.
* Sharing knowledge via articles, webinars, videos, and podcasts.
In Belka, you will:
* Content Creation: Produce engaging content like blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, and videos.
* Ad Campaign Management: Handle paid campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels.
* Marketing Automation: Use tools to manage campaigns, lead scoring, and CRM updates.
* Landing Pages: Create and optimize pages for conversions.
* Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales to qualify and follow up on leads.
* Audience Segmentation: Target campaigns effectively based on criteria like industry and interests.
We seek someone with:
* At least 2 years in B2B marketing for professional or knowledge firms.
* Proficiency in English and Italian (C1 level).
* Experience with Webflow or similar no-code website builders.
* Experience with Mailchimp or similar email tools.
* Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM.
* Ability to create and publish social media content.
