Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries related to technology products' software applications' and service issues via phone' email' and live chat in Italian. - Assist customers in navigating digital platforms' troubleshooting product-related issues' and providing usage guidance. - Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed. - Stay updated on product features' industry trends' and best practices to effectively assist customers. - Contribute to process improvements by providing customer feedback and insights. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Experience in customer service' particularly in the technology sector' is preferred. - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable manner. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support. - Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as required.
